Your radiation team can give you a prescription for an antibiotic cream (sulfur I think). I also used Aquaphor. It does help, but you can't have any creams on when you go for radiation. Sitz bathe...

Sitz baths help. Aquaphor or the prescription cream the radiologist can give you. Good luck!
