Hi, I'm Mark T

i have been on erbitux for a long time….try to take a month or six weeks off now and again….skin does seem to improve a bit during that time away…..the antibiotics have not given me sustained relief….but everyone’s experience is slightly different….my doctor referred to minocycline as the gold standard for this rash but it hasn’t been so great for me….

Hi, I'm Dave

There is a patient care package from the makers of Erbitux. You will have to ask for it if you haven’t already gotten it. Ask the attending nurse for it at your next infusion. The package comes with a variety of creams and other OTC meds. It helped my rash.

Hi, I'm Mark T

thanks, i did that once upon a time but it really didn’t help my case very much…a triamcinolone 0.1% cream prescribed by dermatologist is giving me relief at this time….

Hi, I'm Penny

In addition to rash/teenage acne my hands & feet are painfully cracking. Docs recommended over the counter Aquaphor ointment … one night made a difference. Try it!

Hi, I'm Betti

I would discuss the rash with your doctor(s) to see what they may recommend as not all rashes are the same.
