Covid 19

Hi, I'm ceciesco

Hello:
Since I had DCIS and recently finished radiotherapy. I want to know if I am a vulnerable patient for Covid-19? Thank you.

I am wondering the same thing. I’m currently on Letrazole for at least the next 5 years. I’m wondering if I should stop taking it during the Covid pandemic as it makes me more susceptible to illness.

Hi, I'm Betti

I was on Letrozole for 5 years and the only time I went off of it was doing my radiation treatments at my Drs’ recommendation. I had never been told it would make me more susceptible to illness. I would ask your doctor(s) about it and see what is said.

I was just thinking because it weakens your immune system.

Hi, I'm Betti

I was unaware that Letrozole weakened the immune system. I was only told not to take it during my radiation treatments as the 2 can counteract each other.
