In the beginning, the side effects were nausea and vomiting and severe headaches. As time has progressed, the nausea and vomiting have disappeared and the headaches are not as severe. I do experience more headaches than I ever have but not on a daily basis. Another thing I have noticed since taking 100mg Sprycel is my scalp is itchy. My skin seems to be more sensitive to the sun and other products.
