Anemia, but I have been anemic all of my life it is just worse right now. I had a transfusion, and missed 3 out of nine due to low blood counts. Tired all of the time, and when I get tired I lay down and take a nap. I feel blessed as I have not been sick just tired mostly and short of breath once in a while.
